32 Heads Combination Weigher Packing Machine
Kenwei has been offering customers not only customized weighing systems, but also conveyor systems including peripherals for the integration of the weighing systems into the entire production plant. For the customer, we configured a 32-head weigher with a transfer system that combines different cereals with a portion weight of 10 to 2000 grams according to the recipe. 32 heads mini multihead weigher has a capacity of 60 bags per minute.

Mechanical character
1. The upper storage funnel is divided into weight two different products.

5. Stable actuator design reduces the mechanical vibration and improves the load cell value accuracy.

Our products passed the environment simulation test, frequency, waterproof test, salt spray test, amplitude, and elastic stress-strain test, functional simulation test, 7*24 hours continuous aging test, and so on. The core components such as circuit boards and touch screens are all passed for nonstop aging test for more than 72 hours at 50℃ environment because we devote ourself to manufacturing craftsmanship products with high quality. The failure rate of our products is less than 0.5% within 1 year and less than 1% within 2 years.
